Team Intranet:
When I first started at Neosho, employee resources and end-user resources were intermingled; it was messy to navigate and items were easily forgotten. When we did our digital redesign, I remapped our employee resources to create a space where they could be organized and "live." So many of our employees would say "I know it was in an email but now I can't find it" when talking about a particular resource, so the team intranet gave everything a home. It also provided an area to share photography, give shout outs, and host our surveys. Wildcat Connection is a secure space and users authenticate using LDAP, so as new members are added to our team, they automatically get login credentials and when they leave, those login credentials are no longer valid.
